Graffiti Itself

What I think is so interesting about grafitti is that though it is so many different people that are mkaing the pieces, almost all the pieces have a similiar looking font, like its all a typeface family that are almost the same but with some minor variations.  That is what I think is interesting, though these are different pieces made by different people, each of them has a very unique but almost identical look to the fonts. They each has a bubble look to them, but more than that, they have sans serif and serif variations of this typeface and they each make it their own, but many people have almost the same font for their designs.

Whether its gang signs, just stupid vandalism, or an actual design with purpose behind it, graffiti is almost a font in itself, but its a man made font that people make, alter and designed on their own without the use of computers, which I think makes it a pretty awesome type of font that will always be around, not on computers maybe, but on walls and streets.
