The coloring on this I think is very effective, they kept even the background picture a bland looking black and white so that you would notice the jewelry even more prominantly. THe only problem I think is that there is way too much going on on this page. There is text everywhere and I think it doesn't have a nice flow at all. The text on the top left makes no sense where it is I don't think, but I do like the text on the top right, I think if they kept that and got rid of the text on the top left that it would give it more space. There is a lot of things going on in this ad and I think that hurts the overall appearance of it.
