Carrie Underwood Photo Gallery

Since my website is made for a more country singer look, I decided to look up Carrie Underwoods photo gallery to see a country website organization and layout for their photos. Carrie's website uses a little more animation than other websites that I have looked at, because she only shows three photos in each category at a time, and you scroll left or right to see more. Also, she breaks hers into fan photos, and official photos. Though there is a lot more space that she could use for more photos each page, she decides to only show a few photos rather than overloading the page with pictures. Underneath the photos, the rest of the content page is empty, under these six photos, and though I am not sure if I agree with the organization leaving everything underneath these blank, because it is a lot of empty space. I do kind of like her animation usage for scrolling, because it adds something to the site, but that adds a lot of load time for the user.
Another thing that I don't agree with is how when images are clicked, it loads the page all over again to show the picture on the left. It shows the picture alone, along with a little other information on the page, but above shows the same scroll with pictures of whatever category was clicked. This part I like, because it doesn't completely cut off the rest of the images once a picture is clicked. I might add something like this mixed with the organization of Adele's photo gallery. Using the top scrolling bar along with the way that Adele organizes her pictures, I think it will be a really good photo album.
